KARACHI: A union council based poverty reduction plan is being initiated during current financial year at a cost of Rs 4.9 billion in Sindh on Friday.
This programme aims at reduce poverty, improve the quality of life of the poor and marginalized people through social mobilization.
A community development plan is also being started at the cost of Rs 3 billion to bridge the gaps in the areas of health, education and women development.
